We are currently taking applications for a Full-time Salesperson to cover south Atlanta and central Georgia. Applicant must have minimum of five years experience in Fire Protection Sales.

The primary sales area will be in repairs and inspections of sprinkler, fire alarm, portable fire extinguishers and special hazard fire systems.

About the Opportunity

Fire Systems is currently seeking a Service Sales Representative with a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in the Fire Protection industry. We are strictly interested in recruiting the best talent in the industry, so both experience and enthusiasm to become an expert will be required to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or
    potential sales outlets.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call
    reports and weekly work plans.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new technology.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing
    professional publications and code, establishing personal networks, and participating
    in professional societies.
  • Cold call for new business development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in the Fire Protection Industry
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Technical knowledge of fire protection systems including Fire Alarm,
    Sprinkler Systems, and Fire Extinguishers
  • Valid Drivers License
  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Testing and inspecting fire sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial buildings
  • Responding to service requests, diagnose system malfunctions of fire alarms and adjust,
    repair or replace equipment as needed to bring into compliance
  • Preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Sprinkler Inspector
  • NICET Level 1 Certification (NICET II preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid Drivers License
  • High School Diploma

About the Opportunity

Fire Systems, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician with a minimum of 2 years experience and preferably NICET I certification. This position requires the ability to service, inspect and repair Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Systems for both new and established customers on a scheduled basis.

Job Duties

  • Testing and inspecting Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression systems in commercial buildings
  • Responding to service requests, diagnose system malfunctions of fire alarms and adjust,
    repair or replace equipment as needed to bring into compliance
  • Fire Alarm System testing and inspection per local code standards
  • Preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports

Qualifications

  • NICET I certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience
  • Experience performing special hazard suppression system inspection and repair is preferred
    (FM200 and CO2)
  • Functional knowledge to test and service the following fire alarms brands: Simplex, Notifier and
    Fire-Lite
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to be available on-call when scheduled
  • Must be knowledgeable of hand tools such as pipe wrenches, channel locks, drills, etc.
  • Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
